Blessings Multiplied

Wow, God truly does all things in abundance!
The night before we left on a early morning flight to Ecuador, Anna & I decided to bless Antigua one last time.

We each had lots of left over Quetzals. It was about 9:30pm & decided to go buy meals for people on the streets. We made our way to Taco Bell where we had enough money to buy 6 meals. We saved 20 of it so we could buy ice cream for the kids that were in the park with their Mom’s who were still working.

We thanked God that He not only provided for Anna & I’s needs but that He also blessed us with enough to help provide for others.

We walked the streets of Antigua asking the Lord who we should give the meals to. He led us to the the families still working hard to provide for their families & looked completely drained from the day. We were able to give them food & pray over each person. The smiles & gratitude each person showed us warmed my heart. The Lord continued to guide our steps & speak to us as we prayed & walked through the park.

Once we handed out all the meals & prayed over people, Anna felt like we were supposed to go say one last goodbye to a couple little kids she met at a little tienda. It was already 10pm & we had to get up early so we thought it would be better to go to a tienda that was closer because we didn’t know if her friends would even be there. But we quickly felt convicted that we were choosing convince rather than being obedient to the Lord.

So we made our way to the tienda to say goodbye to her friends. When we got there her friends weren’t there & they didn’t have ice cream. We bought chips from them with the 20Q we had left over & headed to the park to hand them out to the kids their.

We were walking back and we were just about to Taco Bell when we heard a little kid say “Anna?”. Sure enough it was her friends she wanted to say goodbye to. Anna felt like she was supposed to look in the envelope that we had our money in, even though we used our last 20Q to buy chips.

She reached into the envelope & she pulled out a 20Q! It was just enough to buy a meal for her friends. We took them to Taco Bell & bought them a meal & said our last goodbyes.

As we made our way back to the hostel, we both realized that there was no way that we were suppose to have 20Q in that envelope. We spent it on the chips.

God multiplied our quetzals so that we could bless Anna’s friends who we ended up running into on the street right after we left the tienda to find out they weren’t there.

He MULTIPLIED OUR MONEY

Wow, thank you God for providing more than enough for us so that we could go out & provide for your children in Antigua. And then, provide for us again so that we could bless friends. YAYY

I absolutely LOVED blessing Antigua one last time! It was SO fun!! I loved going around praying for people & seeing the love & joy they felt from the Father’s love.
